Multiple Sclerosis — Treatment LDN story
A moment in my treatment of Multiple Sclerosis using Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN). Symptoms and Prednisone Infusion. I hope none are offended by this talk. My intention is not to make light of this very serious condition, which has devastated the lives of many, but instead perhaps focus on overcoming, understanding and beating this thing down. Enjoying life. I apologize for mentioning my band at the end. I got a little caught up in a moment and didn’t know where to go. Also, it is questionable at best to believe that my recent “flare-up” was caused by forgotten doses of LDN. There are many factors involved in the anatomy and life cycle of this condition. I would not wish to speculate so greatly on that possibility. Although it may have been a factor. These are simply my opinions in this matter. Nothing more. I do not believe we are victims to this condition. I do not yet know how we attract this into our lives. The body is such a wonderful mystery. Perhaps we can somehow let this thing go by means other than crude medications and the like. Find Peace, be still. Thank you for sharing your experience. Don’t remove this video! Your strength, experience, personal research and determination is needed; even it if it helps just one person with MS.
You obviously face your problems with a positiveness most of us only wish we had. Thank you for posting this. I was wondering if you have any information on the effects of ingesting dairy products while using Prednisone. I have talked to several people that say it reduces the benefits of the drug. Any truth to this that you know of?
Interesting. I think this may be the case in sort. Since I started the recent infusion, I’ve chosen to drink lots of milk and eat ice cream, which has clearly reduced the burning side effects of the prednisone. However, I wonder if it has, in a way, neutralized its anti-inflammatory benefits, as it seems quite weak this round. I will continue more research on this, and at least stop drinking tons of milk for the time being. Day 4, no change.
Watched your video after you left the link on my youtube Low Dose Naltrexone LDN For Autoimmune. Suggest you also have a look at my update after 5 years using LDN for MS.
Stay strong and keep looking and trying! I believe only personal trial and error yields ones best possible results. Thanks. AlanScaryDiagnosis
Thank you Alan. I was concerned about leaving my response on your place; didn’t want to presume. I’ve seen your other videos. Well done, well thought-out. Funny, I am taking almost the exact same supplements you mentioned on your 5 year. With exception to B12 (cyanocobalamin).
In seeking out new treatments, I, like others have come across one that seems quite promising, by dr. paolo zamboni. Treatment is interesting. Can be found on the web.
Thanks for your note and encouragement!
I’m interested to find out about LDN.
BTW do u know about CCSVI ?
Vivianne, I definitely like LDN and will continue. However, I am very interested in CCSVI and will pursue it further. Especially since recent events in my case are making me consider this more. Thank you for bringing it up!
what is multiple sclerosis?
What, are you freakin’ kidding me? Why do you always have to one-up me? I tell you I have Sclerosis and all of a sudden you have “Multiple” Sclerosis?? Same old thing with you…like when I was a model and you decided to gain a bunch of weight and be a “Plus Size” model. Get some help, you’re mental.
To those of you that think I’m a dick, this guy is one of my best friends and I am just dealing with this the way I do – with comedy. He is a GENIUS musician and Engineer, Songwriter and Masseuse.
I feel you. I also had optic nueritus in both eyes. also did the whole infusion treatment thing. totally know how you feel about the stupid steroids. Trust me my vission came back! for me i couldnt read the huge E with my left eye. thats how bad it was. Im starting the Rebif treatment soon hopefully but i totally know how you feel! Idk if your a christian or not but it helps to rely on God trust me!
I am a carer for an MS patient who occasionally takes LDN on and off when he is on it he is much happier and optimistic about his life. LDN may or may not be a wonder drug but if it makes someones life easier and more possitive it is well worth it .
in addition it is very cheap and not poisonous like the big pharma poison they pump people with.
